  JGM Associates Inc. (JGMA; Mr. Jeffrey G. Manni, President) provides R&D and OEM manufacturing services intended to help clients develop, make, and sell laser-based products. Jeffrey G. Manni, Sr.      Mr. Jeffrey Manni is president / owner of JGM Associates, Inc.  He has 40 years of experience as a laser scientist and engineer working at JGM Associates, Schwartz Electro-Optics, Spire Corporation, Raytheon Laser Products, and Quanta-Ray. This work in mostly small-business operations included responsibilities in R&D, technical marketing / product development, production support, applications engineering, customer support, and field service. Mr. Manni has also worked as a laser R&D contractor at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Textron Defense Systems. Mr. Manni holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Physics from MIT, a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Stanford University, and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Jeffrey G. Manni, Jr.   Jeffrey Manni Jr. is lead technician in charge of laser production at JGMA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UMass / Lowell.

Anthony Manni is a laser R&D and production scientist at JGMA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Connecticut (UConn) and a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Boston University. He is a PhD candidate in the Electrical Engineering department at Boston University (Prof. A. Sergienko group) where he is working on PIC devices for classical and quantum optics applications. Anthony is certified to work in nanofabs at BU, MIT Nano, and Harvard CNS.
